Giggles Journey To A Healthier Me

Yeah today I got a phone call from the Dr's office. It was the secretary calling to book my first appointment and it's next week. I have mixed feelings about this; I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I'm worried that I won't get accepted into the program for some reason or another. Then I'll be back to square one and no where to go. Wish me luck!!!

I've been patiently waiting for the phone to ring and nothing yet. So I called the Dr's office and asked if they received my referral and they did but then I was told they're now waiting for my blood work to see if I qualify for the program. She also said a few of the Dr's are away and there's only one Dr taking the appointments so if I get accepted my appointment won't be till the end of November. What should I do in the meantime?

Yesterday I turned a whopping 41 years old but even though I know I'm over weight I'm pretty happy with the way things are going in my life. So Happy Birthday to Me!!! hahaha

It's a beautiful morning the sun is shining, the birds are chirping and the coffee is brewing. It's going to be a great day. Happy Sunday
